What Developer mode is: a switch that lets ChatGPT talk to servers you add by hand. It changes nothing else about your account, it does not give anyone access to it, and you can turn it off again once Republic is in the directory. When Republic adds tools, create the app again the same way. On a Business or Enterprise workspace the page is called Apps, an admin may need to allow it first, and only an admin can publish the app to the whole workspace.
